Steven Rowe will be speaking at an event in Dover-Foxcroft on Wednesday May 23.  The event is sponsored by Helping Hands with Heart, Maine Community Foundation and Camden National Bank and is the culmination of 3 other events that have taken place during the spring.  The "charette" will give voice to issues facing families in poverty, young children, residents of Piscataquis County and will solicit solutions from a host of professionals in the fields of early childhood and social services.  Other potential funders will be at this event as well.
